During the estimate, we will discuss your roof treatment process, based on the roofing material and severity of its status, and what to expect after cleaning is performed. For asphalt roofs; depending on your location and weather, dark stains/streaks can turn a light hazy brown color after treatment and may take a few hard rains to completely wash away with weather. Rooted moss or algae will turn a white or light yellow color after treatment and may take 3-6 months to safely detach and wash away with weather, since they can be quite dense.
